BEEF TIKA BOTI Spicy (BBQ)
Tikka Boti:
It's like a traditional dish cooked in Pakistan and India. It cooked at various events like Eid, Wedding, or other functions in our Life.
Ingredients
- 2 Kg Beef (Cut into Square Shape)
- 2 Table Spoon Red Chili Powder (Lal Mirch)
- 1 Table Spoon Green Chili Paste (Hari Mirch)
- 1 Table Spoon Lemon Juice
- 1 Table Spoon Salt
- 1 Cup Oil (Any Cooking OIL)
- 1 Table Spoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 1 Table Spoon Vinegar (Sirka)
- 2 Table Spoon Papaya Paste (Papita)
- 2 Table Spoon Garlic Paste (Lahsan)
Lets Cook it:
- Cut all Pieces of Beef and add Ingredients and then Mix in Bowel for 4-5 Hours.
- Now Put it on Rod / Stick (Seeekh) one by one and put it on Fire.
- When Beef Pieces turn in Brown/eatable then Put out from FIRE and Put it in Plate and Enjoy With Katchup / Chatni.
