Chicken Biryani with National Biryani Masala

 Biryani with National Masala:

Today, I bought another recipe which is the most favorite dish of Every Pakistani and Indian. Personally, I also Love this Dish and I eat this Dish 3-4 times in a week. So Biryani is our first choice under Desi Spicy Food. Most of the Girls used Biryani masala of Shan and National Brands. And it saves your time and its available at affordable Price Rs: 70.



Today I am using National Biryani Mix Masala. By using this I am able to Cook a Delicious Traditional Biryani of Pakistan and Indian. So follow me Step by Step.

Ingredients: 
  • 1/2 KG Chicken
  • 1/2 KG Basmati Rice
  • 4 Onion (Normal Size)
  • 4 Tomatoes (Normal Size)
  • 1/4 Cup Yogurt
  • 2 Table Spoon Garlic Paste
  • 250 ml Cooking OIL
  • 1 Pack National
  • 2 Tablespoon Ginger Paste
Lets Cook it:
  • Fry the onions until light brown in Oil.
  • Add Chicken Pieces and Heat it for 4-5 minutes and add all remaining ingredients Ginger & Garlic paste, Tomatoes, Biryani Masala, Yogurt and cook at light heat for 15 minutes.
  • Boil the Rice in Separate Pan which takes 12 glasses of water and adds 3 tsp of salt and boils the rice until 3/4 done.
  • After this, now make the layer of Half Boiled Rice and then a layer of Half Chicken and put sprinkles zarda color as per need.
  • Simmer the for 5 minutes on high heat and reduce the heat slowly and cook for 10-15 Minutes.
  • Delicious Chicken Biryani with National Biryani Masala is Ready for Serve. 

Chili Rice Recipe in Urdu(Roman)

Chili Rice:
Its a common and cheap dish in our culture like in Pakistan and India.
it prepares in few Minutes and its so Delicious and Pakistani and Indian Ladies Love this Dish because of Ladies Like Spicy.



 

Ingredients:
  • Chawal (Rice) 1/2 KG Pani main Josh de kar Nikal Lain
  • Sangtra Juice (Orange Juice)
  • Sugar (chini 1 Tablespoon)
  • Salt (Namak 1/4 Tablespoon)
  • Sangtra ke Chilky (1 Tablespoon Bareek Piece hon)
  • Shimla Mirch (3 Piece)
  • Cooking Oil 1 Tablespoon
  • Dar-Chini (1 Tuqra)



Lets Cook it:
  • Oil Garam karain. Ismain Namak, Dar cheeni, Cheeni, Sangtra ke chilky Dal dain phir Chawal dal kar Pakny dain or thora sa pani bhi dal dain.
  • Pani khusk hony lagy to hari mirch ke 4 Piece karke Owen ki tray per phaila dain or owen main rakh dain.
  • 3 minutes ke bade nikal kar garm garm Paish karin.

Ingredients for Fish:
  • Fish 2KG (Normal Pieces)
  • Garm Masala 1 Tablespoon
  • Lasan (3 pieces)
  • Haldi (1/2 Tablespoon)
  • Salt (As need)
  • Lemon (1/4 cup)
Ingredients for Biryani:
  • Basmati Rice (1/2 KG)
  • Oil/Dalda (2 Tablespoon)
  • Onion/Piaz (8)
  • Lasan (6 Pieces)
  • Kari Pata (4 Pieces)
  • Adrak Paste (4 Tablespoon)
  • Lal Mirch (3 pieces)
  • Tomato (6 Pieces)
  • Kari Powder (1 Tablespoon)
  • Haldi Powder (1.5 Tablespoon)
  • Dhaniya Powder (1 Tablespoon)
  • Zira Powder (1 Tablespoon)
  • Salt (as per need)
  • Tomato paste (2 Tablespoon)
  • Hara Dhaniya (3 Tablespoon)
  • Cooking Oil (1.5 Cup)



  • Lets Cook It:
  • Fish ko Wash kr ke Dry Krlain
  • Iske bade ismain salt,lasan ka paste, haldi, lemon, achi tarah Mix karalin.Ek Frypan main Oil Gram karain.Ismain Piazz ko brown karain.Iske bade ismain lasan , kari patta , adrak, tomato or lal mirch dal kar brown hony taq fry karain.Iske bade ismain kari patta powder dal lain lal mirch powder , Haldi Powder, Dhaniya Powder, Tomato Paste or Dhaniya Dal kar miz karain or kuch dair ke liye pakny dain.
  • Ek karahi main oil gram karain or ismain Fish ko halka Brown karain.Iske bade tali hui Fish ko Daichki main rakhain or haldi aanch per 5-4 minutes taq dhakan daba kr pakain.
  • Chawalon ko namak mily pani main zira dal kar Kani reh jany taq boil karain.thora sa oil garam karain or zira dal kar kar kar karlain.Ek bare frypan main chawalon ke darmian  Fish waly Frypan ki TEH laga dain.
  • Uper say bhagar dal dain or dhakan dhak dain or daichki  haldi aanch per 40 minutes  taq pakain.
  • Lijye  Spicy Fish Biryani Ready hay. Enjoy.....!


BEEF TIKA BOTI Spicy (BBQ)

Tikka Boti:

It's like a traditional dish cooked in Pakistan and India. It cooked at various events like Eid, Wedding, or other functions in our Life.




Ingredients

  • 2 Kg Beef (Cut into Square Shape)
  • 2 Table Spoon Red Chili Powder (Lal Mirch)
  • 1 Table Spoon Green Chili Paste (Hari Mirch)
  • 1 Table Spoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 Table Spoon Salt
  • 1 Cup Oil (Any Cooking OIL)
  • 1 Table Spoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1 Table Spoon Vinegar (Sirka)
  • 2 Table Spoon Papaya Paste (Papita)
  • 2 Table Spoon Garlic Paste (Lahsan)





Lets Cook it:

  • Cut all Pieces of Beef and add Ingredients and then Mix in Bowel for 4-5 Hours.
  • Now Put it on Rod / Stick (Seeekh) one by one and put it on Fire.
  • When Beef Pieces turn in Brown/eatable then Put out from FIRE and Put it in Plate and Enjoy With Katchup / Chatni.


Achari Gobi Chicken

Achar Gobi Ghost:

In our Culture is common is to cook food with Mix 2 or 3 things. Today we have mixed 3 things 1 is Chicken 2 is Gobi and 3 is Achari Masala. It is more Delicious than simple gobi chicken.

 


Ingredients:

  • 1 KG Boneless Chicken cut into Normal Size
  • 1/2 Table Spoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1/2 cup onion finely diced
  • 1 Table Spoon Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 Table Spoon Ginger Paste
  • 1/2 Table Spoon Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 Table Spoon Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 Table Spoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 Table Spoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 Table Spoon Salt
  • 5-6 Whole Green Chilies
  • cups Cauliflower Florets
  • 2-inch piece of ginger like matchsticks
  • 1/2 cup Scallions, green parts only
  • 1/3 cup chopped cilantro
  • freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 Table Spoon Black Seed (Kalonji)
  • 1/2 Table Spoon fenugreek seeds (Methi Dana)


Lets Cook it:

  1. Heat a Cooker/Pan and add Cup of oil (about 1/4 cup).

  2. Add the cumin seeds to the Cooker/pan and when they sizzle add the diced onions.

  3. Once the edges of the onion start to turn golden brown then add the ginger and garlic paste.

  4. Stir and then add all the dry spices and salt.

  5. Saute for a minute and then add the pieces of chicken.

  6. Keep cooking the chicken on medium-high heat, stirring to ensure that the color changes and the chicken starts to look cooked.

  7. Now add the Black-seeds (Kalonji) and fenugreek seeds (Methi Dana).

  8. Add the green chilies and a cup of water to the Cooker/pan.

  9. Bring to a boil and then simmer with a lid on for about 25 minutes.

  10. The chicken should be cooked through but not quite tender.

  11. Gently mix in your cauliflower florets, cover, and cook for another 10-12 minutes or until they just fork-tender.

  12. Taste, adjust seasoning.

  13. Now add the remaining ingredients-the scallions, ginger, cilantro, a few grinds of pepper, and a squeeze of lemon juice.

  14. Turn the Fire off and let sit for a few minutes before serving with some Rooti but I prefer Rooti with Desi Ghee. Enjoy IT......!






Korma Chicken Biryani Recipe en español


Ingredientes:

  • Pollo 1.5 kg (debe ser como pedazos de barbacoa)
  • Arroz Basmati 1 KG (Sumergir en agua durante 20 minutos)
  • Grind Chili (1 cuchara de mesa)
  • Molido de cilantro (2 cucharas de mesa)
  • Yogurt (1 taza)
  • Cebolla (2 cortes grandes y pequeños)
  • Jengibre y lengua (Pasta 1 Cuchara de mesa
  • Coraza (2.5 Cuchara de mesa
  • Pimienta Negra (6 piezas)
  • Cardamomo (8 piezas pequeñas)
  • Sal (según necesidad)
  • Color amarillo (sumerja 1/2 cucharada en media taza de leche)
  • Aceite de cocina (1.5 tazas)

vamos a cocinarlo:

  1. primero lave y limpie el pollo y luego póngalo en una olla con todas las especias y luego encienda la olla a fuego lento.
  2. Cuando el agua se evapore del pollo, agregue yogur y fríe un poco y agregue 2 tazas de agua y ponga en aislamiento (Dam).
  3. Escoja un intestino grueso y ponga arroz húmedo en un recipiente grande y encienda el intestino para aislarlo.
  4. Agregue hojas de menta, chile verde, pimienta negra y comino antes del aislamiento.
  5. Cuando el arroz hierva, separe el agua hervida del arroz y vuelva a poner el arroz hervido en la misma olla.
  6. Ahora hace capas de pollo y arroz.
  7. Primero haga una capa de medio arroz y luego una capa de medio pollo frito.
  8. En el último tome el color amarillo que estaba en el intestino de leche y rocíe en la capa SUPERIOR. con agua de limón y prender fuego a la olla.
  9. Al iniciar un incendio debe ser normal, pero después de unos MINUTOS, el fuego debe ser poco para el aislamiento (presa).
  10. ¡Ábralo del aislamiento después de 10 a 15 minutos y luego COMA Y DISFRUTE .....!


Korma Wali Chicken Biryani

Ingredients:


  • Chicken 1.5 kg (should be like BBQ pieces)
  • Basmati Rice 1 KG (Dip in water for 20 minutes)
  • Grind Chili (1 table Spoon)
  • Coriander Grind (2 Table Spoon)
  • Yogurt (1 Cup)
  • Onion (2 Big small Cutting)
  • Ginger and tongue(Paste 1 Table Spoon
  • Cuirass (2.5 Table Spoon
  • Black Pepper (6 pieces)
  • Cardamom (Small 8 Pieces)
  • Salt (as per Need)
  • Yellow Color (Dip 1/2 Spoon in half cup Milk)
  • Cooking Oil (1.5 Cup)

Lets Cook it:

  1. firstly wash and clean the chicken and then put in a cooker with all spices and then Put the cooker on little Fire.
  2. When water evaporates from chicken then add yogurt and fry a little bit and add 2 cups of water and put in isolation(Dam).
  3. Pick a big bowel and put wet rice in a big bowl and put the bowel on fire for isolation.
  4. Add leaves of mint, green chili, black pepper, and Cumin before Isolation.
  5. When rice boils then separate the boiled water from rice and put boiled rice again in the same cooker.
  6. Now makes Layers of Chicken and rice.
  7. 1st make a layer of Half rice then a layer of half fried chicken.
  8. In last take Yellow color which was in milk bowel and spray at the TOP layer. with lemon water and put the cooker on fire.
  9. In starting a fire should be Normal but after a few MINUTES fire should be little for Isolation(Dam).
  10. Open it from isolation after10 to 15 minutes then EAT AND ENJOY.....!
